Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") carefully before using Cloud9's stretch therapy services and ("Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Description of Services

Cloud9 provides stretch therapy services to enhance flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. Our services may include one-on-one sessions, group classes, workshops, and related content available through our website.

User Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility: By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2.2 Account Information:
To access certain features or services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. You must not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities or engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of our services.

Payment and Refunds

3.1 Fees: The fees for our services are specified on our website or as agreed upon between you and Cloud9. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase. All sessions must be prepaid. Payment methods and terms will be provided during the registration or checkout process.

3.2 Refunds:
All sessions and packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

3.3 Packages & Single Sessions: Reserved sessions must be changed or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or they will be forfeited. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

MEMBERS & SERVICE

4.1 Cancellations: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means you have 24 hours before your scheduled session to cancel and receive credit back to your account for future use. If you cancel after this timeframe, you forfeit that session. This also applies if you do not show up for your session. Sessions cannot be changed less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

4.2 Personal Belongings:
You acknowledge and agree that Cloud9-Recovery assumes no responsibility for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in our space. You expressly understand and accept that you assume all risks and liabilities for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your personal belongings while using our services.

4.3 Space Rules & Regulations: If you are recovering from an injury or illness, please notify the practitioner prior to the session start time and/or indicate it in the waiver form. Appointment hours are subject to change without notice. Please check the current schedule by going online and clicking on "Book Online."

Modification and Termination

Cloud9 may modify or discontinue any part of its services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
